About This Ministry: The Prayer Ministry is all about prayer! This ministry provides multiple opportunities to intercede on behalf of others for the advancement of God's kingdom, and to prevail for answers that bring great glory to God and defeat to Satan.

 

Service Opportunities: Pastor's Prayer Team, Prayer and Counseling Room, Weekly Prayer Requests, Prayer Meetings, Prayer Concerts, Prayer Walks, Hospital and Home Visits for Prayer and God's Healing.

Prayer is the simplest form of communication that we have with God. Everyone can pray! It is not necessary to give an elaborate, flowery or big-worded prayer. There is no special trick to praying - just have a simple, open, heart-to-heart conversation with God, as you would with a friend. God hears our thoughts, so you can pray quietly, or out loud. Pray with friends and family, or alone. Pray while walking, going about your daily activities, or during your daily commute.

Although prayer is a special time of praising Him, confessing our sins, and expressing our own needs to God, it is also a time to ask Him to be working in the world around us. By praying for our pastors and their families, our church family, our community, for individuals in times of need or crisis, for church growth, and for the unsaved, we share in bringing God's perfect will to be accomplished on earth. It is during times of reflection and quietness that we hear God speaking to our hearts and renewing us in His presence. Experience the power of prayer!
